Welcome to the Fire and Ice Wellness Retreat, a transformative two-day program that integrates the science of breathing, cold-water immersion, sauna heat therapy, and wholesome, nutrient-dense meals. This carefully curated retreat maximises the benefits of breathing, cold-water immersion, sauna therapy, and mindful eating.

Morning: Begin with an Oxygen Advantage™ workshop and a healthy breakfast featuring options like avocado toast with sprouted grains and herbal teas.

Midday: Alternate between cold-water immersion and sauna heat therapy. Enjoy a light lunch of seasonal salads, roasted vegetables, and lean proteins.

Afternoon: Engage in mindful movement, followed by a refreshing green smoothie packed with superfoods.

Evening: Unwind with a sauna session, restorative yoga, and a nourishing dinner of hearty soups, whole grains, and herbal-infused water.

Morning: Start with advanced breathing techniques and a breakfast featuring overnight oats, fresh fruits, and antioxidant-packed smoothies.

Midday: Dive into a second cycle of cold-water this time we head to the beautiful findhorn gorge,  embracing the rivers flow you wil be intoxicated with its beauty, Learn how to naturally reheat your body using flow movements.  

Afternoon: Participate in resilience workshops and a nature walk. Savour a snack of raw nuts, dark chocolate, and hydrating electrolyte water.

Evening: Close your journey with a sauna session, a calming herbal tea ceremony, and a light dinner featuring steamed fish or tofu with roasted root vegetables.
